Life is a constant struggle between good & the evil.
Constant endeavour is required to maintain social justice.
If 50% of the money reaches the target, it will be a great achievement.
If you do not endeavour constantly, because money is pilferred on the way, the poor will never get any money.
No organisation/government/movement is 100% perfect.
We have to live with imperfection and endeavour to make the best out of the resources.
